International shipments may incur customs fees. For each country the customs policy is different, and the fee is usually based on a variety of factors like weight, value, and size.

Order never arrived:
If your order didn't end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, though we'd be happy to send you another order to the correct address, it will have to be at your cost.
If the shipping address was correct, get in touch with us at email@example.com noting your order number.
1. Clothing: All Orders on clothing are final. This is because each order is custom made for you!
As each order placed is custom made for each customer after the order is received.So, unfortunately, we do not accept returns or issue refunds. However, if there is a defect in the order. we will offer a replacement (same product, same size) if the defect is reported via email (firstname.lastname@example.org) within 10 days. We do not accept returns or replacements in the case where the customer needs a smaller/larger size or a different colour.
2. All other items are eligible for return requests only if the product is damaged and the return request is made within 10 days from the day the product was delivered to the customer.
Yogavastram will review replacement/return requests only if: A product is damaged, or there is a print error and Yogavastram receives a submitted complaint (email@example.com) within 10 days from the day the product was delivered to the customer.
Once you have clicked on the "complete order" button, it is not possible to edit or cancel your order. However, if you need to change some parameters, like addresses, etc., please contact via email firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We are not bound to make such modifications in your order, but we will do our best on a case-by-case basis and in those cases, the shipping charges need to be borne by the customer and these shipping charges will have to be borne by the customer.
